Your First Few Visits to Our River Oaks Practice
A Friendly Chiropractic and Wellness Welcome

Our office is a very comfortable and relaxed place to visit. Once you enter the door for your first time, our friendly front desk staff will greet you.
We will ask you to fill out a questionnaire that will be very helpful for the doctor in assessing your health condition. Once this is filled out, you will be greeted by one of our doctor's assistants, who will escort you to the examining room.
You are then ready for free consultation with Dr. Dale White. The doctor will evaluate and record your health history and explore your current health care concerns. Once your history is recorded the doctor will examine you in order to completely understand your condition. Based on these findings, the doctor may order more tests and /or radio graphs (x-rays). In addition, Dr. Dale White may prescribe therapies or home care instructions for your particular case.
River Oaks Chiropractic Clinic offers an in-house radiology department. This means if the doctor needs to take x-rays of you, they can be taken here at our clinic at your convenience. There's no need to travel to another location.
Your Report of Findings will be a time between you and your Doctor of Chiropractic to discuss your diagnosis and what can be done to solve these problems. If the doctor is able to accept your case, he will let you know what is causing your problem and outline a plan to remove the cause of your pain.
Recommendations for care are always mutually agreed upon in Report of Findings.
We think that feeling great means everything! We are committed to providing you the highest quality health care available. Make an appointment for an evaluation today!
Your Second Visit to Our River Oaks Practice
After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings.
This is usually attended to on your second visit, which may be later the same day or the following. This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:
- Reduces the length of your first visit
- Gives us time to correlate our findings
- Avoids overloading you with too much information
In certain situations, and in the professional judgment of Dr. White, we sometimes make exceptions. It just depends on your unique situation.
